How my journey began

I am a clairvoyant empath and a Highly Sensitive Person, being HSP gives me the 6th sense of greater perception of subtleties and deep processing of information, being aware of energy and highly intuitive into feeling others’ emotions. However my true power is my emotional intelligence, my words are carefully chosen when I express them, with so much intention, often offering the medicine needed at that moment in time. Words have power and I embed that knowledge consciously during my sessions with you.

It’s safe to say I have been through it all in the last 43 years in order to make me a better healer and relate to pretty much everyone with the highest level of compassion. I have 9 lives like a cat :) Each time I have transformed and shed old skin. I embrace the mind, body and soul connection in my work and in my life. I began daily meditation practices at age 25 with the Art of Living ( I personally don’t follow any religion or Guru ) but I recommend their breathing techniques and I also embrace breathing exercises along with yearly therapy (to bounce of thoughts), physical exercise, music and healthy home meals throughout my life. I know my mind and my body are my best friend, so I nurture them, I would love to motivate you to do the same!

I keep my story close to my chest for now, it’s not the time to be revealed, but my healing shows inwardly and outwardly, if you want to do it for the sake of vanity, your skin will be glowing and your eyes will also sparkle after each session, I promise! This transformation will give you back 10 years of youth and inner peace, in addition to a sustainable mindset where no outside challenge will keep you stuck ever again.

I am a Healer of the Divine Feminine Energy, exclusively Mothers / Parents or to be Parent. My approach is different, I combine Psychology, Spirituality and Sociology, Apart from focusing in your emotional work, I also focus on the human social behavior, patterns of social relationships, social interaction, and aspects of culture associated with everyday life towards your healing.

It is worth investing in our emotional work, and unlearning old patterns and behaviors and re-learning more authentic ways to respond to life’s challenges, instead of automatic reactions learned from the conditioning of the mind from childhood or adult-trauma.

The state of our nervous system has a massive influence on the way we THINK and FEEL. I would love to be your support system and help you regulate your nervous system back to a place where you feel most safe again. Life is hard and there is no reason to carry the heavy load alone.
